SHIPPING
All orders will be shipped within 5-7 business days. We use USPS Priority Mail for all our shipping. Within the US, expect to receive your item 3 days after shipping.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES
Whilst all sales are final, we will accept exchanges within 14 days of purchase. The customer is responsible for returning items and paying for any shipping costs incurred.
DAMAGED ITEMS
We take precaution when packaging our products, but understand that damages can occur during shipment. If products arrive to you damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the package. Please email us a photo of the damaged product so that we can contact our carrier.
Lail Design is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please call USPS to resolve the matter.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Our products are dishwasher, freezer, microwave, and oven safe up to 425 degrees.
Semi-Matte Ceramics are susceptible to superficial marks from your flatware. This residue is removable with barkeepers friend & polish.
