PREORDERS
Preorders are currently open for pour overs!
Email info@lail.design with the quantity and glaze you'd like, and we'll send you an invoice for payment and shipping.
Orders are expected to be ready in 12-24 weeks. We will keep you updated on the status of your order along the way.
CUSTOM ORDERS
Custom orders are currently closed. Email info@lail.design to be added to the notification list.
We accept orders for custom dinnerware sets, with a minimum order of 20 pieces.
Dinner plates are only available for custom order:
- For dinner plates, please indicate if you are ordering the fully-glazed coupe or the half-glazed potter's choice.
All custom orders ship within 12-24 weeks. We will let you know when it will be ready based on the firing schedule.
Once your order is ready to ship, we will send an invoice via Shopify for payment.
WHOLESALE
We accept wholesale orders from restaurants, coffee shops, and physical retail stores. We prioritize local businesses.
Our wholesale order minimum is 30 pieces. Please email info@lail.design to tell us what you’re looking for and we’ll send over a wholesale line sheet.
All wholesale orders ship within 12-24 weeks. We will let you know when it will be ready based on the firing schedule.
